Service Policy

• Facials: Please inform us of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions before your treatment.

• Lash Extensions: Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes. If a lash removal is needed, please book it in advance.

• Waxing: Hair should be at least ¼ inch long for best results. Exfoliate the area 24 hours before your appointment.

 Appointments & Scheduling

• All appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system, phone, or in person.

• A $25 deposit to mllashez25@gmail.com is required to secure your appointment. This will be applied toward your total service cost.

• Payments must be made in full at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments.

• Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for check-in and consultation.

 Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Your $25 deposit will be lost if cancellations are made less than 24 hours before the appointment. 

• Reschedules that are made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged $10 extra on your service cost.

 Late Arrivals

• If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to adjust or shorten your service.

• Clients 15+ minutes late may need to reschedule and will be charged $10 extra on your service cost.

 Refunds & Satisfaction Guarantee

• No refunds on services. However, if you are dissatisfied, contact us within 24 hours, and we will work to resolve the issue.

• All products are final sale. If any product is damaged in delivery, please notify us within 24hours.

 Minors & Guests

• Clients under 18 must have parental consent for services.

• To maintain a relaxing atmosphere, extra guests and children are not permitted unless receiving a service.
